Following his defeat in the Supreme Court in June, on 6 August 2026 President Trump issued a new Executive Order seeking to prevent children born in the US to foreign parents being issued with US passports, including children born through surrogacy. This free online information seminar is aimed at UK intended parents at an early stage of considering US surrogacy, and those already mid process with questions about whether anything has changed for them.
