Client Care Assistant
We are looking for a Client Care Assistant to support the Brilliant Beginnings team. Working at the heart of our small and close-knit team which helps create families through UK and international surrogacy, and under the supervision of our Operations Manager and Director, you will support the team with key tasks to maintain our exceptional client service, and to help ensure the smooth running of our offices, facilities, and client processes.
You will work collaboratively with the whole Brilliant Beginnings team (and alongside the team at our sibling organisation NGA Law), with a varied role which includes client-facing work, administration and some IT and social media work.
Full training in our specialist area will be given, but you must be able to demonstrate:
- at least two years’ office experience in an administrative or client care role,
- excellent IT skills, and
- an excellent fit with our core values of quality, collaborative team-working, innovation, and honesty and integrity.
The role could be full-time or part-time with flexible working from home (with some time spent at our offices in the New Forest and central London).
