BBC Radio 4 Today Programme on stranded surrogacy babies
Our founder Natalie Gamble was interviewed on this morning’s BBC Radio 4 Today Programme about the problems faced by surrogacy families in the current coronavirus crisis.
Natalie explained the work we have been doing to lobby the government to issue emergency passports for surrogate babies stranded overseas, and how the existing law (which doesn’t recognise the intended parents as legal parents from birth automatically) has caused complications around establishing British nationality.
