Helen spoke at the Scottish Human Reproduction and Embryology Group conference in Dundee

Our founder Helen Prosser joined the Scottish Human Reproduction and Embryology Group remotely at their conference held in Dundee on 3rd May.

This group invited clinicians, clinic and fertility managers, and clinical trainees from around Scotland to gather to share and learn from each other.  Helen outlined how surrogacy works around the UK and the implications of surrogacy for clinics, considering the shortage of surrogates here in the UK and what happens when parents go abroad.

Without a doubt, surrogacy is growing nationally and ensuring that surrogacy is supported by all the clinical professionals ethically and clearly will ensure that this growing demand is met safely and positively.
