US surrogacy exclusive event
Durrant’s Hotel, London
Tuesday 28th April 2026, 5-7.00pm
We warmly invite you to an exclusive evening for intended parents considering US surrogacy as a path to parenthood. Come and meet us in a relaxed, discreet and elegant setting, with the chance to chat informally over drinks and canapes. Spaces are limited so book your spot asap using the form below.
Top legal experts from both sides of the pond Natalie Gamble and Rich Vaughn will give a short presentation, and be available to answer questions, about the current US landscape. We know that many intended parents are feeling anxious, and we will give honest answers to current common questions including:
- Is there any agenda to restrict surrogacy in the US?
- How problematic is US immigration? Are intended parents experiencing problems getting into the US?
- What happens if US passports stop being issued to children born to foreign parents?
- Does the new UK ETA guidance affect parents bringing surrogate babies home from the US?
We are also thrilled to be joined by one of the US’s top fertility doctors, Dr Guy Ringler, who will be on hand to answer any medical questions you may have.

Why Brilliant Beginnings and NGA Law?
We have supported parents building families through US surrogacy for more than 15 years, and are dedicated to promoting safe, ethical, legal surrogacy.
We work with a range of leading US professionals, offering trusted independent advice.
Our experience is unrivalled. NGA Law represented the very first UK parents through international surrogacy in 2008, and has been at the forefront of shaping UK surrogacy law ever since. We have represented parents in nearly a third of all the parental order applications ever made following US surrogacy.
Brilliant Beginnings was founded in 2013 by NGA Law’s directors to provide the additional practical support our clients also desperately needed with navigating all the complexities and costs of US surrogacy, with a clear mission to stay independent, keep parents safe and ensure surrogacy was managed ethically.
“There are no words that can express our depth of gratitude for your expert help, kindness, patience and support in bringing our baby into the world. The people and organisations you have introduced us to, and your advice, has been exceptional. We can’t imagine how it would have been without Brilliant Beginnings and NGA.” – Parents through US surrogacy
