The path to becoming a parent through US surrogacy

Free in-person event, central London

Tuesday 5th November 2024

6pm – 8pm BST

We are delighted to be hosting an evening seminar in central London for intended parents wanting an introduction on how to have a baby through US surrogacy.

Our team at Brilliant Beginnings will be joined by two of the world’s leading experts in surrogacy law – Rich Vaughn from California and our director Natalie Gamble from the UK – giving you the opportunity to hear from top professionals from both sides of the Atlantic.

Our expert panel will cover the most common early-stage questions from parents, including:

  • Why would I choose the US for surrogacy?
  • Is US surrogacy legal – both in the US and here in the UK?
  • How do I bring my baby back to the UK and secure their British nationality?
  • How much does US surrogacy cost?
  • What does the process involve, and how do I make sure I don’t miss anything important?
  • What kind of women act as surrogates in the US.
