The Brilliant Beginnings team visits Complete Fertility

BB founder Helen, client managers Gemma, Esther and Nicky and surrogate manager Tracey met with consultant Mili Saran and the wonderful Donation team including Julie Hedges at Complete Fertility’s new clinic in Eastleigh.

We are very excited that Complete Fertility will soon be launching their surrogacy and egg donation service and to be able to support the clinic, their team and their clients. We love working collaboratively with our surrogacy clinics to ensure that we collectively provide the best possible service to their patients.

The team talked through ideas for honing the pathway that the clinic will offer to ensure that both intended parents and surrogates’ needs and expectations are anticipated and exceeded. The Complete Fertility’s knowledge and understanding of the nuances of surrogacy, and their passion and kindness for delivering top quality care to their patients is fantastic to be a part of.

The new facility is a calm, welcoming and positive environment that will help nervous patients to feel at ease. We know that surrogacy can be a emotional rollercoaster and ensuring that the space for treatment, advice and guidance is attune to the ups and downs, is key to minimising stress and anxiety.

It was an extremely positive meeting with lots of knowledge and ideas shared, a great opportunity to see some familiar faces and meet the new team.
