Free emergency legal support for intended parents on Ukraine surrogacy journeys

Our wider team at NGA Law has been working hard this week to give emergency support to British parents expecting babies through Ukraine surrogacy, and to their surrogates.

NGA Law has been giving free legal advice to more than 20 families with babies due in Ukraine, liaising with the government, and lobbying the Home Secretary to secure visas for pregnant surrogates to get them to safety.

As leading surrogacy professionals with national and global connections, we will continue to do all we can to enable these babies to be brought to their parents safely, and to safeguard the amazing women who make families possible.
