Brilliant Beginnings was founded in 2013 by NGA Law’s directors to provide the additional practical support our clients also desperately needed with navigating all the complexities and costs of US surrogacy, with a clear mission to stay independent, keep parents safe and ensure surrogacy was managed ethically.
