UK PhD student call for surrogacy reform

Emma Walmsley is a second year PhD student from the University of Liverpool. Her PhD project aims to develop an alternative model of surrogacy legislation which is to be informed by the views and experiences of surrogate mothers and commissioning parents. As part of her research she is asking for commissioning parents and surrogates to answer an anonymous questionnaire. Questions focus on the experiences of the commissioning parents and surrogates and allow participants to tell their story and give insights into the difficulties they encountered with the law. Commissioning parents and surrogates will be asked to indicate whether they are amenable to an interview.
